I have the right to refuse any commission if I consider I don’t have the ability to draw it, or being too uncomfortable with the subject.

You need to send me CLEAR references(texts/writings/moodboard don’t count, except for commissions asking for the creation of a Design/re-Design)

As long as I have a clear reference(s), you can send me anything else related to the character (moodboard, playlist or Toyhouse page, these are great!!)

Designs built on collaged images or other types of unclear/incomplete designs might come with extra costs (10-30% base price). They will automatically be refused for animated commissions.

If I judge a design (even complex one) too detailed for an animated commission, I’ll negotiate a simplification of these details. Otherwise it will come with an extra cost (see extra costs summary below).

The commission’s content, including references, and asking for extra and such, should be decided and approved before signing the invoice.

Payment via the VGen site (or via Paypal for certain cases).

I’ll start the commission once the payment is done.

I’ll accept milestones starting at 100€ (at least 75% of the full price must be paid before I start, and the rest must be paid before the sketches are validated).

Extra details and complex designs will come with extra costs (see extra costs summary below).

All my prices are in EUR. If you don’t use this currency, please inform me of yours, and make sure to properly convert the price to ensure its amount in your currency.

A full refund is possible if I haven’t started working on the commission.

If the deadline is heavily delayed, if I can no longer work on the commission, or if you wish to put an end during the sketch process, a refund can be discussed.

If you want to stop the commission after the sketch process, there will be no negotiable refunds.

If you’re not satisfied with the final result of a skeb/”surprise me” commission, there will be no refunds either.

I’ll create an invoice no matter the price, any payment will be an agreement to the Terms of Services. Signature are necessary for quotes if you require one.

You’ll have 30 days to pay and sign the invoice.

I will ask for a 30% deposit for payment higher than 700€.

The following informations concern you ONLY if you’re commissioning me as a corporate company; If you do not pay in the given time period, you risk paying extra late payment penalty rates (15% full price/days overrun), and compensation for recovery costs (40€).

I’ll automatically send updates at every stage of the work, and ask for validations. If you wish to have a skeb/”surprise me” commission I’ll need you to tell me beforehand (then I won’t send you any updates and go on until it’s done).

I’ll refuse a skeb commission for orders above 100€.

Any revisions of any amount are accepted during the sketches/first roughs. But after this step, any major revisions will come with extra costs (change of pose, expression, outfit…). I’ll stop the commission process until the extra costs are paid.

After sending an update, if I don’t receive a response within 5 days I’ll proceed with the commission regardless.

Commissions can take around 1-2 days to 2 weeks to make, but to anticipate long waitlist and other problems, deadlines will be around 1-2 months. It doesn’t apply to bigger projects such as AMV/ PMV/ Animation MEME (+2 months but these are a priority).

Illustrations/designs will come as PNG, you can ask for a JPEG version or other format my software can export to.

Animations will come as GIF and/or MP4, animations longer than 10sec will only come as MP4.

In the case where the commission is put to an end before it's finished, I'll still send a high quality image of the commission's current state.

Sending the Commission file(s) (.psd/ .csp) will come with extra cost (50% base price). Even if the commission was put to an end before it got finished, you'll still have to pay these extras if you wish to receive the files.

Rushed orders will come with extra cost (30% base price).

Use the commission for a personal use ONLY (icon, banner, background, character reference, repost on personal blog/account), commercial use comes with extra costs (see monetized and commercial's extra costs summary below).

Asking me to not share the artworks publicly will come with extra costs, 10% full price (it’s my first time doing commissions so I’ll need to post these as examples!).

My work should not, in any way and for any reason, be used for AI and NFT. These elements go against my personal values and take away work I could be paid for. Please be respectful of that.

I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork(s), including the right to post it on social media, portfolios and promotional material (otherwise see extra costs summary below).

I certified that each commissions I create are unique and original, and are in no way the reproduction of an already existing work.

NSFW or anything implying a sexual theme.

Average gore is ok but not Heavy Gore.

No message of hatred towards anything or anyone.

Be aware that I’m very uncomfortable with non-abstract backgrounds. But if there is a specific order in which you require one, the extra costs will be very high for a decent quality.

I will not draw designs of mecha or vehicles as I’m not comfortable with these either.

Anything else is okay, but I might extend this list later.
